    Administration and Human Resources Assistant

    We are looking for a professional figure in administration and HR support.

    We offer a permanent employment contract on a Full-Time basis.

    The only requirements we require are:

    • Experience in the administrative field
    • Relational skills
    • Knowledge of general accounting
    • Knowledge of tax regulations
    • Ability to handle stress and mental elasticity for Problem Solving

    As for the duties and tasks you will be responsible for:

    • Accounting first note entries
    • Controlling accounted costs with the assigned budget
    • Foreign files management (Intrastat-export-import)
    • Management of banks and financial part
    • Management of accounts and suppliers and external collaborators
    • Management of customer schedules and credit recovery practices
      Tax schedule management
    • Management of company personnel attendance/expense reports/transmission of data to labor consultant for payroll processing

    After Sales Support and Technical Assistance

    The candidate will be 100% part of the After Sales department, with the following main tasks:

    • Technical support on worldwide customers (network support).
    • SMART technical resolution
    • Failure analysis and product improvement in collaboration with Quality and Production departments
    • Processes inherent to guarantees (objectives, issuance of credit notes, guidelines, etc…)
    • Definition of performance indicators (KPIs)
    • Use of portal dedicated to the sales network (RMI, warranty management, interface with ERP system, etc…)

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Approximately 2 years in modernly structured mechanical environments and/or automotive/motorcycle markets
    • University, Diploma (internships and/or curricular placements will still be evaluated)
    • Basic knowledge of ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics NAV preferred but not mandatory)
    • Minimal knowledge of Office suite (Excel, Power Point…)
    • Good level of English
